Learning & Growing EC Consulting is a small group of Early Childhood professionals with diverse backgrounds in classroom management, center administration, coaching/mentoring, and classroom observations.
Our goal is to assist Early Childhood staff and center administrators improve the quality of the early educational experiences for young children.
By providing observations with staff training & mentoring, we will help improve how teachers interact with children, plan room arrangement, plan classroom activities, and observe/document children's development.
ERS Preparation
The time leading up to your license renewal can be stressful. Let us help you prepare your center for the Environmental Rating Scale portion.
Using mock observations and feedback along with staff training and mentoring, we'll have your classrooms ready to shine!
CLASS Observations
Our Teachstone certified observers are able to provide CLASS observations on the Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K tools for your classrooms or entire center.
We also offer options for written summaries, staff consultations, and mentoring after the observations, as well.
Staff Training
Our well-informed trainers can offer your staff on-going training options that focus on the specific needs of individual classrooms or the entire center. Topics vary, based on your staff needs, but can include Improving Language use with children (all ages), & Classroom Management.
Admin Support
Let our experienced consultants help you create systems that support Administrators and center staff alike.
Our knowledge covers all of the necessary tasks of an administrator - whether new or experienced.
